A chuckle. "I could tell you both those things, but I doubt you would believe me. My moon is a palace, though, a mere jump away, should you wish to visit it. And we have dragon-lizards the size of oceans north of here."
Karakael has no ability to sense magic - its an alien quality to him, strange and elusive, like a color he should be able to see that simply appears as a blank space in his vision. But he feels flickers of the future and can hear - on the very edge of his sight - the sound of the stars singing. Perhaps that is the closest thing to magic he will ever touch.
But he feels more comfortable in this wasteland, and the thought that Kefka enjoys it gives him hope.
"I'm glad. There is much more to show you, though. What would you like to see first?"
